OUR MISSION
Coding Power is a community outreach program to empower youths through friendly and encouraging courses of coding in Java.
We offer beginner-to-intermediate-level Java classes online and at local libraries and elementary/middle schools.

WHY CODING?
Computer science is a growing industry that can be applied to every field imaginable.
Despite the importance of computer science education, only 5% of high schools in the U.S. offer courses for the AP Computer Science A Exam. This has forced many students to look for other ways to learn computer science outside of school. We believe that we can help to make a difference.
